Not every concrete problem requires full replacement. Cracks, spalling, joint failure, and surface deterioration can often be repaired in place — extending the life of the concrete and preventing small problems from becoming large ones. We assess what's repairable versus what needs replacement and give you an honest recommendation.

Types of Concrete Repair We Do

Crack repair involves cleaning the crack, undercutting for better bond, and filling with flexible polyurethane or rigid epoxy depending on whether the crack is still moving. Spalling repair addresses surface deterioration where the concrete face is flaking or pitting. Control joint repair reseals joints that have failed and are allowing water infiltration. Surface overlays can restore the appearance of sound but visually worn concrete.

When Repair Isn't the Right Answer

Repair works well when the underlying base is sound and the damage is limited. If the base has failed, if the concrete is heaving from tree roots or soil movement, or if cracks are widespread and still actively moving, repair is a short-term solution. We'll tell you honestly which situation you're dealing with before any money changes hands.
